AdvantEDGE 782.0 Hot Melt is a high quality adhesive cartridge with a labor saving slide coating. This coating or sleeve serves as a slide film in edgebanders, allowing residue and trouble-free melting. By increasing the flow capacity of the adhesive, the sleeve aids proper bonding of wide edges to long work pieces. Changing colors? Remove, exchange and replace AdvantEDGE 782.0 fast and easily. Before use, the sleeve protects the glue from dirt and dust, and keeps the individual cartridges from sticking to each other. Available in ivory and white. 45 cartridges per case.

AdvantEDGE 7 79.1 Premium Hot Melt Adhesive Granules offer a very high quality adhesive formulated exclusively by BAND-IT for confident bonding in commercial applications, including edging product and soft forming applications. It’s excellent remelting properties make it suitable for use as a precoating. Available in ivory. 40lbs per carton.

Properties of the Bond

Heat resistance (depending on the edge) approx. 80°C, and will resist temperatures of up to 120°C for short times in the drying channel
Cold resistance of approx. -20°C (depending on the edge)
Good water resistance (important when staining or bleaching veneer edging)
Good aging and oxidation resistance
